Collection of messages sent by ZPP personal and ZPP ordinary
You can clearly see according to what procedure the message has been delivered to your mailbox. Procedure is always marked in the message title as well as in the notification of a new message.
How to collect messages, sent according to article 141.a of ZPP (ZPP personal)
If you have several uncollected messages, received in accordance with Article 141.a ZPP-Personal (code ZPP2) in the secure electronic mailbox but only collect one, you will be deemed to have collected ALL the messages marked ZPP2 on that day (according to the sixth paragraph of Article 141.a of the ZPP). The procedure for verifying the delivery is initiated the next day, and service is considered completed on the day of collection of the first message – you will also receive a special notification confirming this.
The user interface informs you of the number of messages that are on the waiting list for collection under the sixth paragraph of Article 141.a of the ZPP. The number of such messages is shown on the right next to the word “Received” in the orange circle (as shown in the picture below). All messages on the waiting list can still be collected on the same day in the usual way.
Messages that would arrive in your secure mailbox after collecting one of the already received messages will not be delivered under the sixth paragraph of Article 141.a of the ZPP.
If the message was served on you on the basis of “ordinary” delivery under the seventh paragraph of Article 141.a of the ZPP, this does not lead to collection under the sixth paragraph for uncollected messages.
How to collect messages, sent according to article 141.b of ZPP (ZPP ordinary)
In the case of service under the ZPP procedure (Article 141b ZPP-E), a message is considered to be served at the moment when our system filed it in the recipient’s mailbox.
When receiving a message with ZPP3, which will be marked with a green status, you will also receive a “Notification of received message”. A message that will be served in accordance with Article 141.b of the ZPP will also be marked as unread in a red circle next to the word “Received” on the left (as shown below).
